“I decided to give Vivian a chance to perform a top to bottom full house cleaning in preparation for a new tenant. Because I am out of state, communication is vital. Vivian communicated very well through email, Thumbtack and text messages. She was very responsive and answered all questions very fast. She was able to grasp what I needed to be done and the time it took to perform all the task that I wanted. She had a help and over all that spent a combined 11 hours to fully clean the house. The house looks brand new, I was so impressed that I asked her to line all the kitchen cabinet which she performed and took pictures for me to view. If you need someone you can trust to get the job done without supervision Vivian is the right person. She is also very honest to review the time she spent before creating and invoice for me.
